       本着“品质改变生活”的经营理念，天正地产持续加大投资力度，于2013年启动了总占地面积超过1700余亩，建筑面积200万平方米的“格林小镇”项目，旨在以更加人性化的设计，更多元的城市文化建设理念，建成本土更具代表性的绿色、宜居、高品质社区。为了迎接房地产行业新一轮的竞争，天正地产找到先知，希望凭借先知优秀的品牌整合设计平台，促使其企业形象得到全面的升级。
Challenges：
        The business philosophy of Tienzon is "quality changes life", Tienzon estate continued to increase investment, launched a total area of over 1,700 acres in 2013, the "Green Town" project with building area of 200 square meters aimed to contribute more user-friendly design, more diverse cultural construction of urban concept, and built the most representative local green, livable, high-quality community. In order to meet a new round of competition of the real estate industry, Tienzon real estate asked Wevin to promote their corporate image by its excellent brand integrated design platform.

解决方案：
       先知中国命名认为建筑是有生命的，在它上面蕴含着人文思想。本着这一理念，先知让天正的品牌设计内涵丰富：形象以“天”字为主要设计元素，将其演化为明暗对比的两面，同时使造型具有立体感，如同建筑中的骨架结构，而且厚实的横线恰似多个楼层，从而使“建筑”的主题鲜明地凸显出来，另外，“天”字还是一个向上的箭头，寓意企业拥有无限的力量与光辉的前景。
        Solutions ：
        Wevin considered the building is alive, on of it contains human thought. In line with this philosophy, Wevin made Tienzon brand design rich of con tation: the main design element is the image of the character "Tian", it evolved into the sides of chiaroscuro, while making a three-dimensional shape, which looks like the skeleton of the building structure, and the multiple floors thick horizontal line, so that the "building" theme clearly stands out, in addition, the word “Tian” also looks like an up arrow, meaning companies have the prospect of unlimited power and glory.
